Brescia Subway

Brescia’s Metrobus, currently under construction, is an example of an underground built on a human scale: indeed the trains, stations and facilities will be three times smaller than traditional underground lines, with a maximum capacity of 17,000 passengers per hour.The fully  automated system (driverless system), created using aerospace technology, will also be adopted, offering considerable advantages from the viewpoint of service safety and frequency.

Another specific characteristic will be the airiness of the stations, especially the underground stations, designed to incorporate spatial continuity from the outside area to the platform area.
