Astaldi Group has been active in Italy for over eighty years and has been involved in performing Italy’s main infrastructure development projects. Its position has been consolidated over the years thanks also to the numerous major works it has carried out: roads, motorways, bridges, viaducts, dams, ports, railways and undergrounds. These are just some examples of the Group’s capacities. At the present moment, Astaldi is mainly involved in carrying out high-value projects, principally in the transport infrastructure sector. Indeed, works currently in progress include new underground lines in Rome, Milan, Brescia, Naples and Genoa, important sections of motorways and railways in Calabria and Tuscany, Bologna’s high speed railway station and the Turin rail link, as well as major projects in the healthcare construction sector in Naples and Tuscany.
